Method and limits
What is measured, what is modelled, and what this will not do.
Labels used throughout
Disclosed
Taken directly from the DRHP, the Table Space website or public reporting. Sourced on the account basis page.
Derived
Arithmetic on disclosed figures. The calculation is shown wherever a derived number appears.
Estimated
An estimate standing in for a figure held only by Table Space. Each is listed on the required inputs page.
Nine things this will not do
It will not close
The agent qualifies and books. A person negotiates and signs. Always.
It will not raise occupancy in mature centres
At 92.64 percent there is nothing to raise. Anyone claiming otherwise has not read the disclosure.
It will not replace HubSpot, Ozone Tel or the brokerage channel
It sits above them and reads from them.
It will not price or discount
Rate decisions remain with the Table Space commercial team.
It will not write to connected systems until write access is enabled
Module by module, reversible, enabled by Table Space.
It will not claim credit it cannot evidence
Anything measured is measured against a baseline locked before it ran.
It will not score named individuals
Not Table Space staff, not client staff.
It will not pool client data
No cross client learning, no training on Table Space conversations for another operator.
It will not charge on transaction value
Nothing here is a fee on leads, leases or space transacted.
Language coverage, stated accurately
The seventy four figure that came up on the call is the text to speech voice library. The conversational stack, meaning end to end understanding, response and handover, covers approximately thirty two languages. For this book that means English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi and Bengali tested end to end, covering the eight operating cities.
Deliberately out of scope
- Anything that writes into the incumbent CRM in phase one. Read only, until switched on per module.
- A separate United States console. Origination there is a configuration of the existing demand modules with a consent first outreach rule, not a second product.
- Occupancy uplift logic for mature centres. At 92.64 percent mature occupancy there is little to fill, and such a screen would overstate its own use.
- Any scoring that attaches a number to a named individual on the client side.
